Psychotherapy

Individual therapy offers a safe and non-judgmental environment where a person can express and explore his or her thoughts, feelings, emotions, and behaviors. The individuals will engage in a collaborative process with Dr. Smalheiser in order to begin understanding themselves on various, and sometimes deeper, levels. Typically the goal of individual therapy is to assist individuals in identifying areas of their lives in which they might like to make changes, or simply to develop greater levels of insight and introspection.
